Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has made the decision to keep Facundo Pellistri at Manchester United this season, according to the Athletic.
More than 12 clubs were interested in signing the Uruguay international on loan but Ten Hag sees him as a useful player for his team.
Ten Hag held recent talks with Pellistri and outlined his wishes for the 21-year-old to continue his development at United rather than on loan elsewhere.
Pellistri has made two substitute appearances for Manchester United in the Premier League this season – against Wolves and Tottenham Hotspur.
Pellistri signed for United in a £9million deal from Penarol in 2020, and he has two years left on his contract with the option of an extra one.
