Summer signing Rasmus Hojlund will wear the number 11 shirt for Manchester United, a number that he also wears for Denmark.
Alejandro Garnacho has now switched to number 17 shirt after wearing the number 49 shirt last season.
New Manchester United goalkeeper Altay Bayindir will wear the number 1 shirt for Manchester United. Altay wore the number 1 shirt for Fenerbahce from the 2020/21 season up until he departed the Turkish club and has also worn it for his national team on occasion too.
Spanish left-back, Sergio Reguilon, who arrived on loan from Tottenham Hotspur this summer, will wear the number 15 shirt. The Spain full-back has never worn this number throughout his career but now takes the shirt that was displayed by Marcel Sabitzer during his loan for the second half of last season.
After signing his one-year deal at the club, Jonny Evans will wear the number 35 shirt for Manchester United. The defender wore this number when he was coming through United’s Academy and wore number 4, number 23 and number 6 during his previous stint in the first team between 2007 and 2014.
