What Manchester United squad think of Jadon Sancho amid falling out with Erik ten Hag

Manchester United players aren’t big fans of Jadon Sancho following his falling out with Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag, according to ESPN via Metro.
Sancho was left out of the matchday squad to face Arsenal at the Emirates, with Ten Hag claiming after the game that his decision was based on the winger’s performances in training during the week.
Sancho reacted by posting on social media that Ten Hag has lied and that he is being used as a scapegoat.
Sancho suggested that Ten Hag’s decision was based on ‘other matters’ but refused to go into further detail.
ESPN’s Mark Ogden says sympathy is in short supply from the United squad, who are not ‘big fans’ of Sancho.
“What I’ve been told with Jadon Sancho is that basically it’s a case of he’s not a great trainer,” Ogden told 5Live.
“We’ve seen in the past that with England he’s had time-keeping issues that have upset Gareth Southgate. There’s an element with United that they really put their effort into getting Sancho back on track when he had his issues.
“They sent him away to Holland and worked hard to look after him. Since he’s come back in the summer, he’s not really kicked on.
“Not every player in a dressing room is popular with his team-mates. Dressing rooms aren’t always happy camps but there’s some players that I’ve been told aren’t particularly big fans of Jadon Sancho at Manchester United. I don’t know what he’s done to upset them but if they feel his performances aren’t matching up to their levels then it’s going to be an issue.”
