Manchester United to intensify negotiations over a new deal for highly-rated forward

According to Italian transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, Manchester United are eager to tie down highly-rated forward Facundo Pellistri to a new contract.

Reports claim that talks between the player and the club have already began since the end of last season, with plans to intensify the negotiations already underway.

The Uruguayan, whose current deal at the club runs until the summer of 2025 with an option for another year has played 12 competitive matches at senior level for the club.

Pellistri is tipped to have a great future ahead of him, and United want to keep him for the foreseeable future.
