According to Opta predictions, Manchester United’s topsy-turvy start to the Premier League season could see United miss out on Champions League qualification.

So far, United have recorded two wins and two losses dropping six points already

At the start of the season, Opta’s supercomputer claimed that the Red devils had a 63.2% chance of finishing in the league’s top four next season – but after four games in, this chance has dropped to just 28.42%.

In terms of winning the league, originally the club had a 1.70% chance of lifting the Premier League trophy – but this is now at an even lower 0.09%.

Meanwhile, we take on Brighton at Old Trafford in a bid to regain top form. It’s left to be seen if we can make up grounds.
