Manchester United youngster Hannibal Mejbri has sent an emotional message to Man United fans after he scored his first Premier League goal against Brighton on Saturday.

United lost 3-1 against the Seagulls at Old Trafford on Saturday, but the only positive from the game was Hannibal Mejbri’s cameo where he scored his first Premier League goal.

Hannibal reacted with wild celebrations as expected and he sent the following message to fans after the game:

“Years of work went into that moment to score a goal for this incredible club.

“Impossible to enjoy it without the team getting the result we wanted.”

Hannibal has been an exciting academy prospect for years, and hopefully, this will prompt Erik ten Hag to give him more opportunities.
