Victor Lindelof sends message to Manchester United fans ahead of Burnley clash
Manchester United defender Victor Lindelof has vowed to the United fans that he and his teammates are ready to bounce back after our midweek Champions League defeat to Bayern Munich.
The Swede has revealed the team is ready for our game against Burnley as they look to secure the win and turn the corner, after a series of poor results.
In his post-Bayern Munich interview, Victor Lindelof said: “It’s all about the recovery. We’re staying here tonight, we’ll try to get a good night’s sleep and recover well, and then fly back to Manchester to prepare for the game [against Burnley] on Saturday.
“I think everyone is eager to play that game as well, to bounce back and get three points, and hopefully keep going after that.”
Manchester United have only recorded two wins in the Premier League this season, and are currently lying in 13th place.
