Ten Hag happy with Onana for doing this

Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has hailed goalkeeper Andre Onana for showing personality in our win over Burnley.

Speaking to TNT Sports, Erik ten Hag said: “Andre Onana showed personality, he was really calm, composed. He did everything right in and out of possession.

“He leads his back line. Very good performance. Team spirit was big. The battle, the fight. It’s about winning. The last week a lot was against us.

“It’s up to us, we knew that. We scored a brilliant goal. Lovely play. In games like Arsenal and Bayern Munich we played well in spells but gave easy goals away.”

The Cameroonian kept his second clean sheet of the season against the Clarets, and it was good for the 27-year-old, after a poor performance against Bayern Munich.
