Why Erik ten Hag and Manchester United could be in trouble with FIFA for doing this to Jadon Sancho

According to a report by ESPN, Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag could be in trouble with FIFA as his treatment of Jadon Sancho violates one of their rules to protect players.
The Englishman has been banned from access to first-team facilitates and activities amid his refusal to apologise to Ten Hag for branding the him a liar on social media.
The ESPN report states: “Under FIFA regulations, asking a player to train on their own may result in the club being found to have engaged in ‘abusive conduct,’ and the Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) are aware there are UK employment law arguments to suggest the treatment is not lawful.”
Further details of the report also claim that a club source believe that they are not doing anything wrong as they have provided dedicated coaches to work with Sancho in the meantime.
It remains to be seen how FIFA will react to the situation.
