Wilfred Zaha sends poignant message after Galatasaray’s Champions League win over Manchester United

Galatasaray forward Wilfried Zaha posted a poignant message after his side’s Champions League win over Manchester United at Old Trafford.

The Ivorian marked his return to Old Trafford with a goal, and was a constant threat throughout the game.

Zaha moved to the club in 2013, and was the final player bought by Sir Alex Ferguson, but he later joined Crystal Palace after his unsuccessful stint at Old Trafford.

After the game, he wrote on Instagram: “Gods timing is the best timing! Live for these moments especially @championsleague nights ! So proud of the boys today.”

Galatasaray are now in second place in the group, four points ahead of United.
