‘He’s good enough’ – Former Premier League striker urges Manchester United to sign £70m midfielder who is good

Former Premier League striker Darren Bent has urged Manchester United to sign West Ham United star Lucas Paqueta.
The Brazilian was linked with a £70m move to crosstown rivals Manchester City in the summer, but the deal never materialised.
Since then, the midfielder has been superb for the Hammers this season and seems unlikely he will be at the London Stadium after this season.
Former Spurs striker Darren Bent, believes the Brazilian midfielder could well be good enough for Manchester United.
Bent said while speaking on Talksport: “I think he’s good enough to start for a Champions League side, definitely.
“He gets into United’s 11, I’d play him alongside Bruno Fernandes and Casemiro, he’d be ideal for them.”
Paqueta scored four goals and provided three assists for David Moyes’ side last season and has already provided a goal and an assist for the Hammers this season.
