European giants rejected Manchester United’s offer for highly-rated youngster

According to French publication L’Equipe, French giants PSG have rejected Manchester United’s offer for Xavi Simons during the summer transfer window.
Despite the Ligue 1 Champions willingness to sell him, they were keen on getting a premium fee for him. If he’s sold before a specified date, the proceeds would go to PSV Eindhoven instead.
However, the player ended up joining German side RB Leipzig.
It’s yet to be seen whether Manchester United will be involved in signing players during the January transfer window.
