Premier League side ready to offer £52m to sign Manchester United star. Should the club sell him?

According to Fichajes, Premier League side West Ham United are ready to reignite their interest in Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay.

The Hammers were linked with the Scotland international over the summer, but a deal ultimately failed to materialise, with the 26-year-old staying at Old Trafford.

Instead, they opted to sign James Ward-Prowse and Edson Alvarez.

Further details of the report claim the Hammers are planning a swoop for  McTominay, and are willing to test the club’s resolve with a £52m bid.

It’s likely the club might consider selling the player to raise funds to boost manager Erik ten Hag’s January transfer kitty.
