Erik ten Hag gives huge challenge to his Manchester United players after Sheffield United win

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has challenged his United team to show improvement and more consistency in approach in subsequent games after the win over Sheffield United.

The Dutch tactician wants to see his players fight and play at their best in games to win points in every game.

Ten Hag said at full time: “It’s important and you have to fight in the Premier League for every point.

“You have to play your best in every game because you have to deserve it.

“We have to go from game to game, but back-to-back wins, we are not there yet. You have to fight for it every game and there is not an easy game.

“We have to play our best football every time so that demands the high standards. You have to deliver it every day and in every game.”
