Manchester United goalie Andre Onana has hailed United teammate Harry Maguire for his heroics in our Champions League win mover FC Copenhagen.
Harry Maguire had scored in the 72nd minute of the game, and just as it was almost full-time Scott McTominay conceded a penalty in stoppage time.
Onana proved to be the hero, with a 97th minute penalty save – in what was the last kick of the game.
However, Onana said after the game that Maguire was the real hero of the game.
Speaking to CBS Sport after the match, he said: “No I don’t think so [I’m a hero of the night]. The hero of the night is Harry. He scored the incredible goal and gave us the victory today.”
Maguire and Onana were both outstanding in the games as we boosted our chances of qualifying for the Champions League knockout phase.
