Marcus Rashford has spoken about a gift he received from club legend Cristiano Ronaldo, that he particularly adores.

Marcus Rashford was gifted a pair of on-theme trainers by Cristiano Ronaldo in 2018. 

Five years on, Rashford still treasures the Nike Air Max 97 CRY Red, and he has said he doesn’t permit anyone to wear them.

“No one can touch them! He was one of my favourite players growing up,” Rashford told Complex.

“I liked the shoe, I’d love to wear the shoe, but if I messed them up then I don’t know what I’d do to myself. So, I’m just better to keep those ones away.”

Rashford will live a childhood dream, as he got to share a pitch with the legendary Portuguese, who returned to the club for a brief stint.
