Roy Keane slams Manchester United’s ‘standards’ after defeat to Man City

Manchester United were beaten 3-1 by Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium.
United had taken the lead through a Marcus Rashford thunderstorm early in the first-half.
The Red Devils held onto the lead until half-time, and kept City frustrated.
However, the second-half was a different encounter. City turned up the tempo and scored three second-half goals to seal a 3-1 victory.
Manchester United were poor for most of the game, as Man City pinned them in their own half.
Manchester United legend Roy Keane has claimed United’s standards have dropped, following what he saw against City.
Roy Keane said on Sky Sports: “Standards have dropped. We’re almost praising United. They’ve lost.
“They used to perform in the big games and compete.
“Now we’re sitting here saying they did alright, better shape. They lost 3-1. For half and hour they were just hanging in there and didn’t get a kick.”
