Manchester United stars reveal when Erik ten Hag will be sacked

Reports suggest that Manchester United stars are of the opinion that Erik ten Hag might face dismissal at the end of the season, following a series of disappointing outcomes.
The team’s 11th loss in the Premier League came during the recent Manchester Derby on Sunday, adding to early exits from the Champions League and Carabao Cup, situations that have placed Erik ten Hag under scrutiny throughout the season.
With the challenge of securing a Champions League spot looming and an FA Cup quarter-final against Liverpool representing their final chance for a trophy this season, the mood within the squad is reportedly tense.
Concerns have also emerged over the squad’s dissatisfaction with the demanding nature of Ten Hag’s training sessions. The Daily Mail via The Sun has reported that there’s a prevailing belief among the team members that the Dutch manager might not hold his position beyond this season.
Despite these challenges, Erik ten Hag is said to still enjoy backing from the team, and he has expressed a sense of unity with new investor Sir Jim Ratcliffe.
After a meeting earlier in the year, Erik ten Hag shared: “We speak a lot. I have had many conversations with him and with Dave Brailsford about this club, about this team, about the structures. We are very aligned, it totally fits with the ambitions I have, ambitions I had when I came in.”
The decision on Ten Hag’s future at Manchester United is expected to be revisited in the summer, with Ineos, the new chief executive Omar Berrada, and the forthcoming sporting director Dan Ashworth likely playing significant roles in the evaluation process.
