Pundit calls Ten Hag a deluded manager for saying this

BeIN Sports pundit Richard Keys, has torn into Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag.

According to stats, Ten Hag has the best start of any manager at Manchester United, including Sir Alex Ferguson.

Following the criticisms targeted at Ten Hag, the Dutchman defended himself by saying he has had a better start at Manchester United than other managers.

Speaking on beIN SPORTS after the Everton game, Richard Keys tore into Ten Hag, as he said: “In the interest of ballots, Erik ten Hag has won 61 of 100 games.

“Which is a better record than any previous incumbent of the chair at Manchester United… But I think he’s deluded.

“He gives me the impression of a manager who’s searching for stats and facts that tell Man United fans, that it’s not as bad as we’re seeing.

“What kind of team are they? I don’t know because you never see it. Desperate men say desperate things, and that was desperate.”
