31-year-old Brighton manager makes admission after beating Manchester United

Manchester United always find it difficult against Brighton, and that was the case again at the Amex Stadium.
United lost 2-1, with Joao Pedro scoring a stoppage time goal to sink Erik ten Hag’s men.
Speaking to BBC Match of the Day, Brighton manager Fabian Hurzeler acknowledged that Manchester United had opportunities to win the game.
He said: “There were also situations where United had the chance to win the game.”
United had a goal ruled out by VAR in the 70th minute, as Joshua Zirkzee who was offside interfered with Alejandro Garnacho’s goal-bound effort.
However, the Brighton manager claimed that his team deserved the win, stating, “I think we deserved to win, we had a good game, not a perfect game.”
He added: “They showed the value of never giving up, and that’s very important to me.”
