‘I wouldn’t sell Scott’ – Former Man United coach says

Ex-Manchester United coach Rene Meulensteen has described Scott McTominay as a hardworking player that has given a lot of goal contributions to the team, and doesn’t deserve to be sold.
The Scotland international has just one year left on his Manchester United contract, and has been continuously linked with a summer move away from Old Trafford.
A transfer to Fulham fell through but the 27-year-old could still leave before the August 31 deadline, with Napoli interested in the midfielder.
Speaking to Metro, Rene Meulensteen said: “I wouldn’t sell Scott McTominay, I would keep him. He will always do a job for you.
“He has popped up with so many important goals and will always give his all and you can play him in different positions.
“So I wouldn’t necessarily sell him, I think there are other candidates [to leave this summer].”
Not many Manchester United fans are happy with the decision to sell Scott McTominay. What do you think of this transfer?
