Confirmed Manchester United opponents for Carabao Cup third round
Manchester United have known their Carabao Cup opponents, as Manchester United will play Barnsley in the third round of the Carabao Cup.
The draw was made after the Second Round of the competition was completed on Tuesday night.
Manchester United will host Barnsley at Old Trafford, and the game will be held during the weeks commencing 16th and 23rd September.
Man United were eliminated in the Round of 16 last season by Newcastle United.
Manchester United are the third most successful club in the competition, having won it six times since its’ establishment in 1960.
Ten Hag won the Carabao Cup in his first season as Manchester United manager.
