Van Nistelrooy reveals when he’d leave Manchester United job
Ruud van Nistelrooy led Manchester United to a 5-2 victory over Leicester City in his first game as interim manager of the club.
Van Nistelrooy’s long-term future at the club is however up in the air, as Manchester United are set to appoint Ruben Amorim as the new head coach.
Amorim is expected to come in with his team of assistants, and may not need the services of Van Nistelrooy, who re-joined the club as Erik ten Hag’s assistant earlier this year.
The United legend has however stated that he’s willing to help in any capacity if needed.
“I’m here to help Man United and give my everything for the club in any capacity,” Ruud van Nistelrooy told the media after the Carabao Cup victory over Leicester City.
“I’m helping as long as needed. In the future in any capacity, I’m here to help the club further to build towards the future. That will never change.”
