‘Don’t be fooled’ – Roy Keane gives his verdict on Manchester United’s FA Cup win against Leicester City

Manchester United needed a last-minute winner from Harry Maguire to go through to the fifth round of the FA Cup.
United played poorly against a struggling Leicester City side managed by United legend Ruud van Nistelrooy.
United were down 1-0 at half-time, but turned around the tie in the second-half, with goals from Joshua Zirkzee and a late Harry Maguire header making the difference.
However, club legend Roy Keane was far from impressed with what he saw.
“The subs made a difference. They played a lot more direct and more forward passes but they should do more. They rode their luck,” Roy Keane said on ITV about Man United’s 2-1 win over Leicester.
“They put Leicester on the back foot. In the first half, they were playing backwards and sideways but they tested them and got their rewards. When teams are playing in front of you, it’s easy.
“Don’t be fooled by it. You have to praise them, Man Utd are in the next round of the cup but if they keep performing like that…the performance itself was nowhere near good enough.”
