Manchester United secure morale-boosting win at Brentford
Manchester United returned to winning ways, as Ralf Rangnick’s side defeated Brentford 3-1 away from home on Wednesday.
United went into the game desperately in need of a win, after having won only one of their last four league outings.
Youngster Anthony Elanga continued his fine form for the Red Devils, after being set up by Fred to open the scoring in the 55th minute.
United then doubled their lead through Mason Greenwood seven minutes later, before Marcus Rashford added a third to gloss over the win.
Brentford however, did get a goal of their own through Ivan Toney, but it wasn’t enough to deny Ralf Rangnick’s men of the maximum points.
